To the Stephens family. Chuck was a wonderful man, husband, father abs grandfather. He was quiet but he was listening. I am so glad to have gotten to know him as a neighbor and friend over the years. Chuck was the kindest man with a heart of gold and I loved him dearly as I do you Rouxanne I am saddened that he was taken away so soon and I will miss him forever. I just have to keep in mind that God is in control and that he knew what and why even though we can’t understand. We have to turn it over to himEvery time I hear ETC or Hank I will always think of you Chuck. I will make you a promise to help Roxie through this the best way I know how because now she has two daughters and grand daughters that are depending on her .
