Charles Vernon Nafe's Obituary
Charles “Chuck” Nafe was born June 30th, 1954, in Honolulu Hawaii. The oldest of two brothers, he worked as a master carpenter, starting in the late 60’s. He later moved his talents and trade to Leesville, Louisiana in 1990. Chuck loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his family and friends. He was not only a talented man but he often opened his home and his heart to many people. He offered his help wherever needed and loved very deeply. You could often find him sacrificing to help where he could, never offering judgement. He was a hard worker and an amazing provider. Chuck passed away August 13th, 2023, at Cabrini hospital in Alexandria Louisiana at the age of 69.

Son: Brandon Tibbitts and his wife Denisse Roche-Tibbitts of Burr Ferry Louisiana
Daughter: Tangye C. Poe of Leesville Louisiana
Brother: James D. Nafe and his wife Daphne Jeane Nafe of Anacoco Louisiana
Sister: Deborah L. Taylor and her husband Henry C. Taylor of Natchitoches Louisiana
Sister-in-Law: Darlene Tibbitts of Leesville Louisiana
Nephews: Joseph L.K. Nafe of Leesville Louisiana, Jeremiah J. Nafe and his wife Heather Nafe of Katy Texas, John Hall of Anacoco Louisiana
Nieces: Amber L. Leonard and her husband Michael L. Leonard of Leesville Louisiana, Brittany Eagle of Anacoco, Louisiana
Grandchildren:
Ranessa A. Walls, Brannon A. Tibbitts, Jason Porche, Abel C. Tibbitts, Aliyah M. Tibbitts, Gabriella A. Poe, Kylee C. Robicheaux and a large array of great nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
