Charles A. Martin's Obituary
Retired CW2 Charles Allen Martin of Leesville, 74, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, September 8, 2007 at the Southwest Louisiana War Veterans Home in Jennings, LA. He was born December 12, 1932 in South Louisiana.
He served in the Korean War and 3 tours in Vietnam with honors. He was a member of both the VFW and the American Legion in Leesville.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sylvia Banchero, his father, John Allen Martin and his brother Alfred Martin.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Martin of Leesville, daughter Wendy Martin; step son Greg (wife, Beatriz) Bianchi and two much loved grandchildren Jesse James and Alexandria Joy Bianchi
In accordance to Mr. Martin’s wishes he will be cremated, and that there will be a private family service at a later date.
