Charles Patrick Harmon's Obituary
Charles Patrick Harmon, a beloved husband, son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on April 13, 2025, in his hometown of Leesville, Louisiana. Born on January 15, 1969, Charles lived a life rich with adventure and love that touched the hearts of many.
A dedicated family man at heart, Charles is survived by his wife Debra Harmon of Stephenville, Texas; four children: Stevie West (Casey) of Hornbeck; Trinity Harmon (Kelsey) of Anacoco; Lexi Riley (Ryan) of Fort Worth; and Timothy Hunter Herrington (Heather) of Fort Jessup; his brother, Chris Harmon (Krista), also from Hornbeck; and sister, Melissa Madden (Billy) from Westlake; mother, Annice Harmon of Hornbeck. His legacy continues through his seven grandchildren who brought him immense joy and pride along with numerous nieces and nephews along with countless friends made throughout his remarkable journey.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles O. Harmon.
Professionally known as Sr. Tool Pusher in the oil industry—a career that took him across continents including Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico—Charles exemplified hard work and dedication. His colleagues admired not only his expertise but also the friendships he forged around the world during those years spent working long hours under challenging conditions. He obtained roughneck and company man.
Outside of work commitments lay another side to Charles—a passionate outdoorsman who found solace in fishing trips or hunting excursions amidst nature’s beauty—the great outdoors served as both refuge for reflection as well as backdrop for unforgettable memories created over time.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville at 10:00 A.M., officiated by Bro. Wayne Chance and Bro. Buddy Airhart. Visitation will take place on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
