Carol Hatton's Obituary
Memorial services for Carol Hatton, 77, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2014, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Carol, the daughter of Florentus and Rena Stockdale VanDenBroeck, was born September 29, 1936, in Sparta, MI. She passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014, in Alexandria, LA.
Carol volunteered at Americorp and the June Jenkins Women’s Shelter; Triad Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office, and was a Victims Advocate at Fort Polk.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Lee Hatton.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Hatton of Trout Creek, MI; son, John Patrick Hatton & Dori Keeton of Arizona; daughters, Jeanne Resler & husband David of Anacoco, LA & Christine Hatton of Trout Creek, MI; brother, Gale VanDenBroeck of Sparta, MI and grandchildren, Benjamin Michael Hatton, Patrick Michael Hatton and Nicholas Edward Viola.
Memorial donations may be made to the June Jenkins Women’s Shelter.
