Bobbye Laurien Nothnagel passed from this life to her heavenly home on May 22, 2017 at the age of 81. Bobbye was born in Alco, LA on 11/29/1935 to Henry and Velda Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Gene N Read Obituary
What a beautiful spirit. She always reached into the deepest part of my being with a grin and honesty I still carry with me. Her grown children even resemble that spirit. I am so grateful to have known her. Hope to see her again when my time is done and I believe I will and we will laugh until we cry.

May God be with your family for peace and comfort during this time. Ms. Bobbye was a dear friend to my sister, Ruth, and she will forever be in our memories. Ms. Bobbye was so kind to visit our mother in the nursing home while she was still able to do so. I have fond memories of her sense of humor during her visits with my family.Sincerely,Myra Ray
