Funeral Services for SFC Bobbie K. Hickman – US Army Retired, 75 of New Llano, will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 12, 2007 at the East Leesville Baptist Church in Leesville, LA the Burial will follow in the Stephen’s Cemetery in Leesville, LA with the Rev. Gil Arthur and Bro Irby Perins officiting.
Bobbie passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007 at St. Luke Hospital in Houston, TX
Friends may call Wednesday, July 11th from 3:00PM – 9:00PM at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesvlle then Thursday, July 12th from 11:00AM until service time at East Leesville Baptist Church
Mr. Hickman was a retired US Army Veteran having served two tours in Vietnam. He was a member of East Leesville Baptist Church. He was an employee of Merchants and Farmers Bank for 10 years. He served for 12 years with the Leesville Police Department reaching the rank of Police SGT.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Hickman of Leesville, LA,
Sons, Kenneth Ray Hickman of Mayfield, KY, Stephen Lloyd Ihlenfeldt of Waco, TX, Darrell Glenn Ihlenfeldt of Leesville, LA and Bobby Dwayne Hickman of Leesville, LA; Daughters, Eva Kay Crawford of Mayfield, KY and Frances Yvonne Gordon of Leesville, LA; Brother, Lester Hickman of Centerville, TN;
Sisters:Virginia Atchison of Centerville, TN, Rebecca Fox of Centerville, TN and Jean Smith of Centerville, TN and 20 Grandchildren and 34 Great Grandchildren
