Graveside services for Billy Joe Cutlip, 74, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 10, 2014, at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery with Bro. Daniel Lowe officiating. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Billy, the son of Waldon Cutlip and Mirtie Jo Clutter, was born July 1, 1940, in Bergoo, West Virginia. He passed away at his residence in Leesville, Wednesday, October 8, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his father, Waldon Lee Cutlip; mother, Mirtie Jo Clutter Belew; wife, Andrea Lee Cutlip; daughter, Lisa Faye Cutlip; step-father, Richard Belew.
He is survived by his children, David Cutlip of Painesville, OH, Lavonna Cutlip of Panesville, OH & Rebecca & Fidel Andrade of Leesville, LA; brothers, Dewey Cutlip of Burghill, OH and Bob Cutlip of Gallivants Ferry, SC; grandchildren, Lisa Shultz of Berwick, PA, Billy Shultz of Bloomsburg, PA, U.S. Army SPC Ashton Andrade currently serving in Qatar and Joseph Andrade of Leesville, LA and one great grandchild, Peyton Allison Broyan of Berwick, PA.
