Billie Reid Smith Welch's Obituary
Funeral services for Billie Reid Smith Welch, of LaCamp, Louisiana will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Flactor Baptist Church in Hicks with Bro. Huey Haymon & Bro. Scott Burns officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Hicks, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 am until service time Saturday, November 6, 2010.
Billie Reid Smith Welch was born May 10, 1940, to Coomie and Shirley Griffin Smith. She passed away November 3, 2010, at the age of 70. She retired from the Federal Government after 32 years of service.
She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Tana and Henry Thibodeaux of LaCamp; one grandson Allen Thibodeaux of LaCamp; four sisters, Judy Dewitt of Hicks, Liz Smith of Pineville, Marna Boswell and Missy Squyres both of LaCamp; six brothers, Larry Smith, Eddie Smith, & Rusty Smith all of Hineston, Joe Smith of LaCamp, John Smith and Wilmer Smith both of Leander and a host of nieces and nephews.
