Billie M. Carter's Obituary
Memorial services for Billie M. Carter, 63, of DeRidder, Louisiana will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jude Brunnert officiating. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
A Rosary will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeRidder.
Billie, the daughter of William and Casiel Nation Weber was born November 20, 1952, in DeRidder, LA. She passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015, in Lake Charles, LA.
Mrs. Carter was a native and life-long resident of DeRidder. She formerly was self-employed as real estate broker and later she worked for Cubic Defense Contractor at Fort Polk where she was a shift leader at role play. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeRidder where she was a member of The Ladies Auxillary of The Knights of Columbia. She formerly reigned as Mrs. DeRidder in her senior year in high school in 1969/1970.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Ronald C. Carter of DeRidder; son, Jason Boone Carter (Tiffany) of Austin, TX; three grandchildren, Jaden, Alex and Kellie.
