Beverly Jean Cook, 69
Beverly passed away, Thursday, June 21, 2007 after a lengthy battle with cancer, at her residence in Anacoco. She previously served in the U.S Air Force. She was a homemaker and a resident of Anacoco. She was active in the retired American Legion Post 387 Ladies Auxiliary in New Llano, Shiners, and the V.F.W. Post 3106 Ladies Auxiliary. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. In accordance to her wishes she was cremated and the burial will take place a later date.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rene Ann Lux , Brother, Russell David Bryant, Jr.; Mother and father Dorothy M Woodroof and Russell David Bryant
She is Survived by her Husband, Richard Cook of Anacoco, LA; Son, Rolf (Beau) Lux of Dallas, TX; Daughters, Vicki (Husband, Jeff) Lee of Anacoco, LA and Michelle Lux of Oklahoma, Daughter in law, Becky Fields of OK; Sisters, Mickie (husband, Sunny) Martin of Anacoco, LA andJohnna Jones (special friend, Jeannine Oelig) of Shreveport, LA; Niece, Kathy West; Nephews, Kevin Pike & John Pike & Chad Howard; Grandchildren: Taylor Myers, Matthew Myers, Cynthia Trifilio and Tori Martini
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Leesville Foundation, 106 East Lula St., Leesville, LA 71446
