There is so much I can say about Mrs. Betty because everything I read about her is so true. The two things that stand out the most, her cooking and her infectious laughter. At this very moment I am with her on the front porch and hearing her tell her stories and the laughter that erupts while she is talking is heart warming. This very same laughter was also shared in her kitchen while she prepared so many meals. I was blessed to enjoy so many of these meals and will never forget her love and kindness that she always showed even when I didn't deserve it.
Mrs. Betty you have run your race with grace, dignity and endurance. May you rest in God's eternal peace.
