Funeral services for Bently Lane Fountain, 4, of Hornbeck, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 3, 2022, in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville with Bro. Bill Jones & Bro. Brent Noble officiating. Burial will follow in the Stephens Cemetery in Leesville.
Visitation will be Friday September 2, 2022, from 5:00 P.M– 9:00 P.M in the funeral home.
Bently was born on March 25, 2018, in Deridder, Louisiana to his parents, Brandon Fountain & Aria Briggs. He passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, in Merryville, LA.
Bently is preceded in death by his stepfather: Kelly Bailey, grandparents: Haskell Briggs, Frank & Mirna Blevins, Jessie Fountain & Donna Fountain.
Left to cherish his memory is his Mother: Aria Briggs of Hornbeck, LA; Father: Brandon Fountain, of Deridder, LA; Two Sisters: Keeley Bailey & Evangeline Fountain, of Hornbeck, LA; One Brother Kasien Giroir of Dry Creek, LA; Grandparents: Douglas Maddox, of Deridder, LA, Crystal Fountain of Deridder, LA, William & Gina Briggs, of Deridder, LA, John & Stacy Little of Leesville, LA, and Laverne Briggs of Houston, TX; Aunts & Uncles: Josh Betz of Pineville, LA, Rickey & Christina Lawrence of Grabow, LA, Christine & Bodie Bridges of Leesville, LA, Chelsea Maddox, Kaylee Maddox, Natsha Maddox, and Nathan Maddox, Barbara & Roger Smart of Anacoco, LA and numerous cousins.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Kadence Betz, Brailynn Betz, Ricky Lawrence, and Matthew Brister.
