Funeral services for Benjamin Jackson, 78, of New Llano, will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, May 3, 2019 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville, burial will take place in Mobile, AL.
Benjamin William Jackson was the fourth child born to the late Mr. Eddie Hudson Jackson Sr. and Mrs Alice Jackson in Mobile, AL.
He devoted his career to serving in the United States Army. He re-enlisted in the reserve and worked as a civilian prior to actually retiring.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Eddie H. Jackson Jr.
His memory will be forever cherished by his siblings Lucious Jackson of Mobile, AL., Delores J. Johnson (Ottis) of College Park, GA., Annie M. Jackson of Mobile, AL., Carolyn Louise Jones (John) of Mareno Valley, CA., Patricia Jackson of Birmingham, AL., Brenda J. Jackson of Mobile, AL., sons; Randall Jackson and Kevin Jackson, daughter; Michelle Jackson, caregiver; Quinton Crain, 10 nieces and nephews , 11 great nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and host of friends.
