Audie Jackson “A.J.” Hunt, Jr. was born March 12, 1931. He passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 12:00 P.M. at Cooper Baptist Church in Pickering, Louisiana. Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2012, from 5:00 until 9:00pm at the church, and Saturday, February 18, beginning at 10:00am until time of service.
Audie is survived by his wife, Kathleen Adams Hunt of Sulphur, Louisiana; daughters, Pam Hunt Hudgins and husband Michael of Candler, North Carolina, Rhonda Hunt Jackson and husband Wayne of Moon Township, Pennsylvania; sons, Audie J. Hunt and wife Judy of Simpson, Louisiana; Robbyn K. Hunt and wife Gail of Anacoco, Louisiana; stepdaughters, Melanie Winborne and husband Jeff of West Monroe, Louisiana and Cassie Vega and husband Pablo of Crowville, Louisiana; sister, Alice Markham of Lumberton, Texas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Audie J. Hunt, Sr. and Evie Hunt Stephens.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the services.
