Arvil Nolen's Obituary
Services celebrating the life of Mr. Arvil Nolen will be held at Labby Memorial Funeral Home, Leesville, LA, at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011, with Bro. D. R. Davis officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm. Interment to follow, at the Ebenezer Cemetery in Hicks, LA.
Mr. Arvil Nolen, the son of John and Dovie Nolen, was born July 11, 1933, in Lafayette, Louisiana. He entered into eternal rest Saturday, December 17, 2011, at Grace Home Hospice in Alexandria Louisiana.
Mr. Nolen owned and operated Nolen Construction for 30 years, and he attended the First Baptist Church in Anacoco.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ella Nolen of Leesville; daughter, Rageena Rosatelli and her husband Jim Rosatelli of Sacramento, California; sisters, Barbara Antley of Leesville, Louis Downs of Hornbeck, Darnell Wyche of Longview and Joy Lee of Leesville; brothers, Troy “Red” Nolen of Leesville, Roy Nolen of Coushatta and Lloyd Nolen of Leesville; numerous nieces and nephews with special mention of Jasmine and Jared Monk.
Pallbearers will be: Greg Nolen, Derrick Monk, Paul Monk, Vernon Legg, Mike Wales, and Joey Bollinger.
