Graveside Services for Archie Lee McClain will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Old Anacoco Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Larry Laurent officiating.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 10:00A.M. Until time of service at Old Anacoco Baptist Church.
Archie was born on October 28, 1960 in Houston, Texas to his parents, Robert F. McClain Jr. and Myrtle “June” McClain Peecher. He passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 in Alexandria, LA.
Archie is preceded in death by his parents: Robert F. McClain Jr. and Myrtle “June” McClain Peecher, Brother: Danny McClain, and nephew: Daniel McClain.
Archie was a Sons of Confederate Veterans, member of Anacoco Ranger Camp 1995, Sons of Legion 145 - Sargeant at Arms and American Legion Rider 145. He loved fishing, hunting, spending time with his multiple friends and was an avid fundraiser for Adopt A Senior Ride.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife: Shelly McClain, Children:Jonathon McClain, Jeremy McClain, Dennis Holt, Ryan Holt, Nicole Holt, and four grandchildren, Brothers: Bobby McClain and wife Elaine and Larry McClain and wife Estella.
