Archie Bolton's Obituary
Visitation for Archie Dale Bolton, 79, of Slagle will be held from 3-9, Thursday July 24th, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. A private burial will follow at a later date.
Mr. Bolton passed away Sunday July 20th at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
He was born in Slagle, Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Navy for 17 years serving in WWII and the Korean Conflict. He retired from civil service at the Ammunition Depot at Ft. Polk and spent his time hunting quall and fishing.
He is survived by his son, Jay White of Spring, TX; 2 daughters Kimberly Redman of Alexandria, LA, Dell Ann Johnson of Ringgold, LA; 2 brothers, Melvin Bolton of Pineville, LA, Joe Lynn Bolton of Slagle, LA; 11 grandchildren and as well as a host of friends.
