Anthony “Tony” Donnell Davis, 61, entered peacefully into rest on Monday, September 20, 2021 in Alexandria, Louisiana. Tony was born on August 24, 1960 in DeRidder, Louisiana to Aaron Moss and Jessie Davis Jackson.
Memorial service will be Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM, at Mount Zion Baptist Church located at 306 George B. Harris Street, DeRidder, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife DeRinda Davis of Dallas, TX; step-dad Robert Jackson of Pocohontas, VA; sons Kriss Wilson of Dallas, TX, Johniell Wilson of Dallas, TX; daughters NiResha Dillard of Alexandria, LA, Sykora Wilson and husband Andre Sanders of Dallas, TX; brothers Dicarlos Davis (Myra) of Houston, TX, Dexter Davis (Denise) of DeRidder, LA, Harold Jackson of DeRidder, LA; sisters Tracie Cheverton (Michael) of DeRidder, LA, Stacie Hill (Gabriel) of Tucson, AZ, Kandice Jackson of Dallas, TX, Janaya Jackson, DeRidder, LA, Whitney Jackson of DeRidder, twenty grandchildren; four great-great children; aunts and uncles.
Preceded in death by his mom Jessie Davis Jackson; father Aaron Moss; grandparents Sarah Youngblood, Henry Youngblood and Lovella Morrow.
