Angie Lee Cook's Obituary
Angie Lee Cook, 85, a resident of Mountain Home, Arkansas formerly of DeRidder, Louisiana passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was born September 2, 1927, in Leesville, Louisiana to the late Ansley and Alice Watson Brister. Ms. Cook worked in the cafeteria at DeRidder High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, William Earl Andrews and three sisters, Arlie Bond, Ruthie Stephens and Mertie Cloud.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Etta Andrews of Mountain Home, Arkansas; a sister, Leona McCollough of DeQuincy, Louisiana; two grandchildren, Nicole Dixon (John) of Calico Rock, Arkansas and Jeremy Andrews (Trisha) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and five great grandchildren, Cierra , Johnna and Mason Dixon and Kylie and Kaden Andrews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder.
The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder, Louisiana with Bro. Joe Poole officiating. Burial will be in Sugartown Cemetery in Sugartown, Louisiana, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder.
