Alice Mae Singletary's Obituary
Alice Mae Self Singletary, 88 of Leesville, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Thursday, January 24, 2024. Alice was born on January 16, 1936. She owned Alice's Fantasy Formal and Bridal Shop and was a business owner in Leesville for 47 years. She enjoyed making every Bride's dream come true. She was beloved by many friends and family. Our Mom will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughters; Lisa Piper of Spanish Fort, Alabama; Sharon Bannister of Jefferson, Georgia; Toni Lavergne of Leesville Louisiana. Sisters; Wanda Adair of DeRidder, LA, Sandra Pfaff of Yelm, WA, Brothers: Clifford Self; Charles, Self.
Grandchildren: Chris Miller (wife Gwen); Karen Lipscomb (husband Chris); Taneia Beach: Harrison Bannister; Austin Bannister (wife, Alexa); and Great Grandchildren: Mariah Beach, Grayson Beach and Anderson Bannister.
She is preceded by her parents, Joe and Alma Self, her husband, Emerson R. Singletary, Sr. and son, Emerson R. "Buzz" Singletary, Jr.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 5:00 P.M -8:00 P.M at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, La.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 10:00 A.M at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with Rev. Mark Christian officiating. Burial will be held at Castor Cemetery in Leesville, La.
