Alice Lange's Obituary
Funeral services for Alice Lange, 87, of DeRidder will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday August 21, in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder with Rev. James Glass officiating. Burial will follow in the Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder.
Mrs. Lange passed away Monday August 18, 2008 in her residence in DeRidder.
Mrs. Lange was a native of Richfield, Kansas, and had lived in DeRidder since 1932. She was a retired Dairy Farmer and Homemaker. She was a member of the Broadlands Homemakers Association, Louisiana Dairy Association and the Broadlands Bible Church.
Survivors are Son - Willis N. Lange and wife Mary of Spindale, NC; Daughter - Ann Clark and husband Irvin of DeRidder; daughter-in-law Deborah Lange of Fields, La.; Sisters - Edith Cowell and Pearl Warrick both of Chandler, OK; Twelve Grandchildren; Nineteen Great Grandchildren; and Fifteen Great GReat Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband LeRoy J. Lange, Sr. and Son LeRoy J. Lange Jr.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of Leesville, and a special thanks to nurse Donna Stolfi for her loving care.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and from 8a.m. until service time Thursday in the Funeral Home.
