Funeral services for Alice Elizabeth “Beth” Kilman, 84, of DeRidder, LA, will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, 11:00 AM, in the First Baptist Church of DeRidder, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Lindsey Burns, Ed Stanton, Rev. Way Read Obituary
Beth Kilman was one of the dearest teachers at Leesville High when I was attending. I had her for home room and of course Typing! What a wonderful woman! It has only been a few years since I last saw her but she was still looking fantastic. I am so very sorry for her loss. She touched many lives and I'm thankful that mine was one of those. I just found out about Mrs. Kilman's passing. She was a very nice and patient lady, especially when we all got together. I am sorry for y'all's loss.
Bill, I will cherish my many memories of the times the "couples" spent together and Kristi and Kerry the old band days. Beth was one of those special folks who will be remembered.
Mrs. Kilman was the nicest person and teacher. She always had a smile. She will be missed. Rest In Peace.

It was always a wonderful Christian experience to be in Beth's presence, whether at church or visiting in their home. My deepest sympathies to Bill and all the family.
I always felt right at home with Mr. and Mrs Kilman!! I love them both more than words can describe. Mrs. Beth...taught me a lot and I always took her wisdom to heart, and still carry many of it with me to this day. A Beautiful, and spunky woman and made me laugh many a time.
